What are the steps to open an Elegance account?
Contact us on WhatsApp and we open the account for you. We ask about your staff count and services, enter your data, and send your login details. There is no self sign-up and no credit card. The trial is 14 days free.
What does Elegance cost?
Pricing depends on your salon's size and number of branches, and is sent to you individually on WhatsApp. One plan includes the features, with no commission on your bookings, no separate staff fee and no per-message fee. Contact us so we can understand your needs and send the relevant quote, without long contracts.
Is software installation required?
No. Elegance runs in the browser on any device — phone, iPad or computer. You can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app, without an app-store download.
Does the system issue tax invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is issued as a tax invoice with a QR code, and 15% VAT is calculated and printed on it. Invoices are stored in an archive, and you can export reports for your accountant.
How does the system calculate staff commissions?
With each payment receipt. When an invoice is issued, the system calculates the staff member's share at her set rate. At the end of the month, each person's share appears in the report without manual calculations.
Does the system support automatic WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Booking confirmations and payment receipts reach the client on WhatsApp when each action is completed, without manual entry from your staff. The system can also send a review link after the visit.
